After being hired as your birth doula, I am available for questions you have and support you might need throughout your pregnancy. I include 2 prenatal visits (1-2 hours each) and phone and text support as needed. After 38 weeks, I am available 24/7. When you are in labor, I meet you when you are ready for support and I am there until your baby is born, and till two hours postpartum. I have tons of resources and tips and tricks up my sleeve to help manage labor and birth and my goal is to support you in whatever your goals for birth are.

Birth doula services include phone and in person support for your entire labor and one postpartum visit following the birth. I offer a birth and postpartum doula package as well, which includes, 1 free consult, 2 prenatal visits, support for your labor and birth and 6 postpartum visits.
